My father was our family's coin collector. When he passed, my brother told me about his collection. We were to divide it between the 2 of us. He had 14 1964 Kennedys that looked like they had just come from the Mint. He divided the coins. I now have 7 1964 Kennedys. How should I mount them?
Here's an old thread that may help or at least provide you a reference: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/coneca-kennedys-1964d-edition-learning-but-need-some-help.246840/
The DMR-005 is the MDO-002, BS, with the flared G. There are most likely hundreds that can be seen in the 64 series with this master die. If you are looking for a doubled die number, you can send coins into CONECA, or James Wiles at Variety Vista.com, for an attribution. You may want to post some photos of doubling on this forum and maybe someone here can help you.
