Error?

Is this a true error? If so what kind?

A very minor, and common, filled die error.

Grease or machinery oil was on the die when
this coin was struck, preventing the design elements
from being fully struck up on the coin.

Yes, it is doubling- machine doubling apparently.

Grease filled Die on the first coin and MD on the second coin. No extra value but neat to add to your collection.
