I was looking through change and found this dime. I noticed that some parts of the obverse are faded. Is this one of those blocked die errors? Please tell me. Thanks guys!
You can see it on the "we" in "IN GOD WE TRUST," and on word liberty. Also a little on United States on the reverse.
To me it looks like pretty normal circulation wear for a 29 year old coin. But let's see what the others say. Keep Hunting Though!
Your Dime is not a major error. Very minor. What you meant was a Grease Filled Die error aka Struck Through Grease. I want to share this webpage with you - http://www.error-ref.com/struck-through-smooth-viscous-material-grease-oil/
Fairly good. I slept through a lot of it. 48 hours in 3 days, so today is all overtime with some double time. The pay is good and keeps me buying but it's hard on the body. Thanks for asking. Did you have a nice Thanksgiving? Good food? Over eat?
I ate twice yesterday and I'm still full . The big coin show started at 10 o'clock today and I can't get going . I'm trying too with no luck ....
LOL-Just do it Rick! Get to that show! Find something good and post it. Sounds like your day was a good one.
I keep them for educational purposes. To show new collectors and give them away. No major premium on an example like yours.
