Any advice on this Kansas P Quarter?

I think just a clogged filled die with the "S" and the date.

 

It is considered a Die State. worn die or die deterioration.
Struck through grease on the areas that weren't minted fully.
Neat but nothing really major.

 

Looks like the die had some grease or debris that caused this. Nice to find but common. Keep and protect it.
