Hello everybody. I'm new here but been collecting pocket change treasures for the last few years. I have recently began trying to memorize the different error types and how to distinguish common errors from the valuable errors. For the most part I'm getting it ok, but I have this one particular dime that has me unsure if it's a error or just damaged. Its a 1997 P Roosevelt that is clearly not normal.. I can see that it has minor yet obvious flaws from the minting process but not clear if the main error occurred during that process or post circulation. If abybody knows what this is or has any input or advice please share . any new knowledge is helpful knowledge. Ive attacheda couple pics that show both sides of the dime. I will post some more from different angle if it is helpful. Thank you
