error coins

    i have a 1967 dime that seems to have an error about it, can anyone help in letting me know anything about if it's something to hold on to.

    Need to take good pictures of front (obverse) and rear (reverse)

    Welcome to Coin Talk. Need photos of both sides of the coin. IMO it could be a misaligned die strike or an off center strike. Depends on what the reverse looks like.

    I can be honest Steve, in that condition 10% off center may be worth .50 cents if your lucky. unless the reverse show something wounderful.

    slight misaligned die strike, will never be more than face value, spend it..
