But if you want to submit them and see, go for it. And $30 is dirt cheap to submit an error coin. Most places are about twice that. Who is he submitting to, and are you sure he is submitting them as errors? They will not grade them as errors (IF they really are errors) unless the dealer pays the extra fees to label them as such.
