Hi! New to CoinTalk. Found this coin at work today and wondered what others thought about it. It just looked very odd to me. I don't know too much about coins, so any help would be great! Thanks.

    Road rage!

It is Post Mint damage and appears that it was run over a few times.

Very worn, damaged. Not an error I don't think.

It appears to be the victim of a commercial dryer. Not 100% on that, but I am 100% sure it's not a mint error.

Could be. It surely looks like it lay face-down for a long time on something that vibrated and wore that side down.

Below is my dime and a companion cent that apparently spent time inside a commercial dryer. Notice how they are "spooned" where the OP's dime is not "spooned".

No commercial dryer coin . The rim on the obverse looks a little like the coin was encased and damaged not an error for sure. I would like to see sides fews of the coin if you can the rims.
