Error? 2016 Kentucky state quarter

    The south west rim of this quarter has a raised line on it, which goes from half way from "cumberland" and " kentucky" all the way to the "R" in "plubirus" .. Is this an error? Or just damage? It was hard to get a picture of it, but hopefully you can see a portion of what i am talking about. 20191103_205011.jpg

    Maybe slightly MAD (mis-aligned die) or slightly off center?

    This is not a Kentucky state quarter which came out in 2001.
    This is part of the ATB (America the Beautiful) parks series of coins.
