    All great coins the two Artemis fantastic, the bee type iconic and Romulus fantastic domed temple/shrine.

    There are also some interesting temples from the Provinces.

    Antoninus Pius Zeugma showing temple with grove in front - This one shows a reverse die clash. The type is also common from Philip I.

    Septimius Severus 10 column temple at Heliopolis (Baalbek) AE26 Unfortunately the six columns of this temple that still stand were on the side and do not appear on this coin.

    Nice coins Doug, the front facing Heliopolis Jupiter temple coin is especially good as a very hard coin to find in that good a condition. I often wonder how long those six columns are going to last, as they look a bit vulnerable to earthquakes.

    Really nice coins posted here. I too like the temples.

    Not very pretty, but I do have a Trebonianus Gallus issue from Antioch with a temple. It's green...that's about the best that can be said about it.
