End Roll Finds

1st War ender

peeked into the box of nickels I just picked up and found this beauty... 1945-d

too bad I wont have time to look through the rest of them until Monday

Found one

 

My first ever box had...get this... THREE Mercs. In the first three rolls I opened! There was also a silver Roosie and 2 silver Canadian 60's dimes. My first box was my best box ever. I do about 1 a week, and since then I have gotten 2 or 3 boxes with 4 silvers. Most have 1 or 2. A couple skunks in there too :/

 

Some recent enders. The first wheatie had a 192_ showing, but I was having a heck of a time getting the camera focused. Ended up being a 1929 or something. And the halves are 1 1964, and 1 40%er.

1943 P I believe. Over half of the war nicks I've found are 1943P.

Finally I'm able to post in this thread again!

It's been too long since I've had an ender to post in this thread, and it's a good one. I did not realize this one until I opened the roll, I was just opening them while talking on the phone and I was already halfway through the box so I was not expecting it. What a nice surprise, I like this new bank, I'm going to have to increase my orders there.

I've only found one ender half, and it was facing the wrong way!
Thoug by the look of it I suspected it to be an ender

 

1967 Ender

Went to go pick up a box and they warned me it was broken on the end. I still dropped the damn thing on the ground and coins and rolls when all over the place. I picked everything up and went out to the car to search. Here is one of the rolls that was on the floor of the bank, I'm glad I did not loose the coin out the end of the roll.
