There is only one known 1976 No S Eisenhower Dollar in proof format.
It has to be a proof strike. Read the story bdunnse provided us.

looks to me to be just another average circulated Philadelphia Minted Ike. Worth about $2-$3 each.

 

I just took 32 of these back to bank today anybody want them for $2 a piece they was mixed circulated coins.
