I agree with most of this. ICCS SHOULD be included. I have an 1875 US Twenty Cent piece graded XF40 that should easily cross over into a PCGS or NGC holder as at least AU50. Now, either I am reading this part wrong or you're just plain TOTALLY WRONG! I SURE HOPE THIS IS SARCASM. SGS is the dreg of the dregs man. Do they preprint labels? Perhaps but I really doubt it. Even I won't go that far. Do they over grade on a rampant basis. ABSOLUTELY! Never saw so many MS66-67 Morgan and even Peace Dollars till SGS came into view. Might also add that Abon sells a lot of SGS stuff. Located withing miles of one another and the ties have been made. I'll let others dig into the past threads to figure this one out. It's not that tough. The web site is a joke. The company is a joke. The prices paid for ultra high grades are a joke. Put an SGS MS67 Morgan against a PCGS MS67 Morgan and see the difference. Like several hundred/thousand dollars or so. Saw an MS70 Silver Eagle in an SGS holder go for $25 a few weeks ago. You could buy them raw at a shop for $20-22 at that point. Put that in a REAL holder and it goes for A LOT MORE because it as, in the worst scenario, reasonably graded. Overgrading is overgrading. Be it raw, by an amateur, or slabbed by a "professional".
