I&#039;ve read on other forums that sometimes PayPal (or the CC company) eats the loss and does not deduct the funds. I have no idea if that&#039;s true or not. The problem I have in all this is that I have already shipped the item (purchase was made on 7-7-2014) and eBay&#039;s message was received today (7-20-2014). Luckily for me the item is not of high value (less than $10). However since it was not of high value, I didn&#039;t use tracking in my shipping. I&#039;m guessing this could be an issue if PayPal requests proof that the item was shipped.
