I guess it is basically their ball, and they make the rules. Over the last decade so many other firms and platforms have tried to imitate their success, but it hasn't happened. Many members have lamented some point of argument, but few big changes for the users. People see what happens , such as on craigslist , which is all about the individuals being able to sell with minimal rules and expense, but very few members would B/S/T coins on craigslist, unless maybe in person. The gym I belong to has the highest rates, but they also provide the greater amenities. Each persons choice.
I would've probably been approaching $100K total sales on eBay if they hadn't imposed that asinine policy. That's the main reason I've sold maybe a dozen or two items over the last ten years, where before that I was a consistent Power Seller.
