He never shipped a $160 order. When I asked him to please ship it he told me to F off. When I asked eBay to step in, he sent me an empty envelope with a tracking number and half a page torn from a magazine, uploaded the tracking number to eBay and then waited two weeks to ship it. Since he&#039;s in Singapore, it took more than a week to arrive, and by the time it did arrive, eBay wasn&#039;t interested in the fact that the envelope was empty and he&#039;d knowingly committed the criminal act of fraud.</p><p><br /></p><p>I was marginally employed at the time and decided to start selling the same things he was selling and compete against him.
