He&#039;s just saying that HE didn&#039;t search them.</p><p><br /></p><p>What you are suggesting is that only verified original bank rolls could be sold as &quot;unsearched&quot; even though these are possible to open and reseal with enough patience.</p><p><br /></p><p>What I am saying is that not every body that sells unsearched, yet put together, rolls of coins may not have searched them and its up to the &quot;buyer&quot; to make that determination.
