I don't think Ebay has to prove fraud as long they can prove there is intent to fraud, and a listing saying unsearched is deceitful at the least. Those rolls can't say wheat roll unless you know they are full of wheats, and the wrappers for the most part are too new to be full of wheats. Therefore they were searched. How many of the CT members have ever gone to the bank in 1958 and found a roll with CWT or Barber Dime ender? How many have hundreds of them? I look at the sellers feedback and you used to be able to see what a member purchased(you still can in some cases) now most are private. I remember looking up a seller that had rolls and rolls of unsearched wheats with valuable end coins even some gold dollars only to see where they were the winning bidder of the same coin from a legitimate Ebay seller. Ebay should research these sellers and make them guarantee with refund or replacement the coins are what they are , that would stop a lot of it. Ebay has the history of every member so they could research the purchase of those end coins themselves. Buyer be ware is correct, but being honest is more important.
