Fourth, ebay says - Stated buyback guaranty in writing for coins later determined to be counterfeit, damaged, over- or mis-graded, or mis-attributed Now if you take all 4 of those things into consideration, it's kind of hard to not to realize that ebay has a problem with the grading of ICG and ANACS.
