Not necessarily true and if you don't believe me ask others that have bought on CoinBug. I picked up my ANACS F15 1914-D Lincoln for $100 under bid. Some good sellers there that aren't looking to gouge but make a few bucks. There is also an "offer" option. I have taken three offers to date. Will it compete with ebay? No but don't summarily dismiss it my friend. Ebay is not the end all way to do business. My boss just put a 16-D Mercury dime on ebay with an $800 reserve on ebay and it didn't sell. Yesterday he sold it to another dealer for $825. Yes, ebay can help get a lot of contacts but as of late I've been getting much BETTER contacts through CoinTalk, CoinBug and ensuing word of mouth. Treat people decent and they remember AND recommend you. I'm selling in my spare time which isn't much. I offer pics, honesty and service. My sales are going up and my cost to sell is going down. Guess who I pass the savings on to? I've got more ideas on the way and they don't involve ebay. It can be done. clembo
