How does he know these rolls weren&#039;t rolled in 1974, and grandpa just randomly put pennies in rolls with no rhyme or reason. There could be cents from 1857 to 1975 in those rolls. If any seller can guarantee what&#039;s inside of an &quot;unsearched&quot;, &quot;bank wrapped&quot;, anything? If something is sealed, and you weren&#039;t the one who sealed it, how can you with any certainty, guarantee what&#039;s inside? Even if my wife rolled a roll of pennies, and told me they&#039;re all 1920&#039;s, and you wanted to buy ti from me, I wouldn&#039;t guarantee that they&#039;re all &#039;20&#039;s.
