eBay Sellers - Something I've Often Thought

Good thread, died early. Maybe it can be revived.

For me book values definitely matter. If a coin is underachieving in the market place or sellers are under-listing to move inventory I simply don't list that item.

That is for me one of the beauties of coins, as a commodity, they can be held indefinitely cost-free.

There's a lot of market data to analyze on every coin and for me all of it factors.

On the Ebay/Paypal cut . . . I crunched the numbers on sales from $5 to $100 and to my recollection the net loss was in a range from 12%-19% off list which included shipping.
