Ebay sellers, Help Please!

    Ya, the seller had complete faith in the adhesive seal on the mailer. Even tokens I get for ten dollars come better packaged than that one did. Well, it was for a 64 Kennedy, slabbed, slightly over melt so no big loss.

    The seller has the postal receipt (if they don't throw it away) which includes weight of the package when it was scanned. This usually will counter suspicion of a seller committing fraud.

    Employee theft is not unheard of either.

    Ebay's policy isn't intended to protect the buyer or seller, its intended to protect them. If ebay reimbursed the seller in a case like this then the buyer can file a chargeback and Ebay would be out the money themselves. Their policies are created the way they are too ensure that Ebay is never the one out the money.

    How stupid people are anyway. Just way too many stupid people out there buying coins. Sorry to hear about this to you man.
