The second I buy it, either BIN or auction I pay immediately. 95% of sellers will give me good payment feedback very soon, and usually about the same time they print their shipping labels. I thus know it's in the works. It might take them 1-3 days for it to actually get processed at the PO but I know it is progressing. One deal I had showed nothing for 7 days(5 working days). I was going to give it 2 weeks and then contact him. It finally showed shipped on day 7 and arrived a few after that. I left him neutral feedback. I am sure some will cry foul that I left neutral. Why? I am certainly not going to leave positive. I won't leave negative because it did arrive in as described condition so I wasn't defrauded. Neutral is middle ground. Not good, not bad. It's about knowing the transaction is progressing smoothly and simple communication goes a long way to keep everyone happy.[/QUOTE]
