eBay Sellers Delaying Shipping

I ship out the very next business day. If its paid for and no longer mine, I want it gone ASAP. I cant understand the sellers that delay a week. But I'm mostly a buyer, and 95% of the time the seller does right by me. I pay within minutes of winning items, or within seconds for BIN, so maybe one kind gesture for another.
