If you're selling on eBay there is a wider audience for your offering than most other venues but you also have to fight for visibility in the Listing structure. Because of the Listing Fees, eBay profit on Shipping Charges, State Tax assessed, and Final Value Fee I won't usually consider eBay as a sales venue; an exception to this would be a U. S. Mint offering that has sold out and I can then turn a quick profit in an Auction or BIN Listing.

As others have said in this Topic, you can peruse the Auction/For Sale/Trades/Want List Sections of this and other Forums that you are a member of, and either Buy, Sell or Trade coins between the Members, with a high assurance of a mutually acceptable transaction. Another advantage of doing business on Forums is that members may accept forms of payment such as a Money Order or Personal Check, and there WONT be tax for most transactions!

Personally, I auction my coins through Great Collections (GC) as their overall cost to me is the Lowest of any reputable major venue (nominal listing Fee based on tiered value--starting @ $3; ONLY 5% selling fee for <1K$; NO Selling Fee for >1K$; reduced Grading Fees from the TPGs; GC pays for Shipping/Insurance to and from the TPGs or CAC and DOESN't charge you!; 12.5% Buyers Fee (or 10% if you pay by check/MO/Wire) and NO Sales Tax to ANY State except CA.[/QUOTE]
