eBay rant about deceptive sellers who have high ratings

The seller does such a large amount of all deceptive sales to clueless or blind buyers that old negs and nuetrals are buried. </p><p><br /></p><p>Why does eBay allow a seller like this continue to operate like this for 2 years is my real question. </p><p><br /></p><p>I guess if you are paying your seller fees - they don't care or are they are too busy to notice or do people just not complain?
