Ebay Problem Developing...

As far as your "I can say no" line, I am pretty sure that is not how ebay works. The fact that you added that to your new listings makes me more than a little worried.....

Sounds to me like you had a full week to revise the auction and add/change pictures. You just tried to save ebay fees by paying a 20 cent listing fee with no reserve, then you sold the item, got paid and deserve your neg. Then you Neg Ben and call HIM a scammer?

For the 1819 he has to have XF money for it - not an XF coin. I also like this "Please note that I am a conservative grader, similar to PCGS standards, however, I am not a professional grader as this is only a hobby." I agree with Clembo - this stinks. I reported the items also. Let see if he fixes his auctions and returns to the board to defend his actions.

 

Oh well, here is another auction I just picked up for a decent price, used 'BIN' on this one. A needed variety and a decent coin with a killer clasp from an honest seller. Can't ask for more than that...

By the way, PRINCIPLE is a big part of my inner make-up...

You are so full of it man. I tried telling you TO NOT PAY becuase I the listing was flowed. Why are you dropping names and acting like this. I should see if my rights are being broken. I asked you before winning and paying to not BID OR PAY becuase i was unable to cancel the item. I have been in and out of the hosptile all week with my 3 year old son who happens to have CP and a ton of other issues. Why for the life of me would you get so mad at some one who had very little to no controle over what was happing. DO YOU KNOW that ebay will not let you cancel a item with in 12 hours. well i havent been home very much this week to even notice the erros in my listing. imo, your family has nothing to do with the selling of the coin and they should be kept out of the discussion. it was your actions that brought this upon you, not your son's disability[assuming you are being truthful]. you must reap what you have sewn...take responsible for your own actions.

I WAS UNABLE TO CANCEL the item when i wanted to ,over 13 hours ago now. I tried to tell you PLEASE dont bid PLEASE dont pay. There was a mix up. and i didnt feel like braken the whole mix up to you an a little EBAY message. I then turn around and try to fix my listing and figure ok,,ill start it tonight and finish it in the morning then go to bed. becuase i know you have a few days ro revise you item and i wanted to make sure it would finish on a sunday night. Now with all that said. Why after i refund you as soon as I can, you go and leave feedback saying im ( WARNING, Dishonest Dealer. Will Take Payment, Canx the Auction, No Refund ) AFTER I GAVE YOU the refund in full like i said i would give you. I then figure after that ill go to bed, because im compleatly exousted. and now im here on cointalk defending my self again. You if you dont remember about a year ago was a person i was joken around with on this very same forum. I just dont understand what you dont understand. BEcause you probably posted the "dont pay" script on the listing, Bone probably already looked at the listing before and didn't see the newer script. It would have been best if you emailed him about the problem IMO.
