Ebay Problem Developing...

Hey Bone,
File a dispute with Ebay and at least it will keep his coin tied up for awhile! I would also point out that he set a "Reserve" thru the listing but failed to pay his Reserve costs. I hate jerks like this on Ebay!!!

I like the very bottom of his auctions. "I reserve the right to deny sale of this item if final or winning bid is to low.**" also this was funny too!

What a bunch of BULL $HIZNIT! I would neg the crap out of this dude!! Ebay and the Auctions do not always work in your favor especially with no reserve! I hate people like this... they give good sellers a bad rap like me and you. Just my 2 cents! Tom

 

He may send you a form thru Ebay asking you to negate the sale, this will get him out of Ebay fees if you agree !!!!! It will be a non paying bidder dispute, watch for it........if he send one, he really has a nerve !!!!

I threatened to do that to a seller. He finally relented and combined shipping. I posted what I was doing here and basically got told it was my fault for not asking before I bid.

This guy seems like he is throwing a hissy fit cause he did not get what he wanted out of the auction.

Did he leave you a neg FB?

 

This seems to be his MO. First he earns a neg then he responds with his own neg back and then he tries to get it mutually withdrawn (he's done it 8 times so far).

 

Does anyone know his address? He lives about 20 minutes from me and I'd love to stop by and "talk coins" with him!

I told this guy About whats happen here at my home with my SON with Cerbral Palsy and a tuch of his other issues. I told him to NOT PAY BEFORE HE WENT AND paid, so i had to loss even more money. and It wasnt i was mad that it didnt sell for more. Although it would have helped. EBAY was screwed up when I listed the item in the first place. It didnt show my picture and as for the listing errors YES there was a few small details i wanted to add. Oh and HEY unacceptable name-calling removed. If you read the very last line in the auction. Whats that say? I CAN SAY NO!.. You went and acted incorrectly ,, while i on the other hand TIRED TO DQAEL WITH THIS BEFOREE IF GOT THIS FAR. You shouldnt have left NEG FEED BACK ABOUT ME WHEN YOU KNOW IT WAS WRONG!.

Crippled boy?

Honestly this is what bothers me the most about this whole thing.

"I jut cant sell it for such a low amount. I am a stay at home dad caring for a cripled 3 year old boy,"

Now for all I know he may have a handicapped child and if so I feel for him and his child. It's the word crippled here.
How many people use that word in this politically correct society ESPECIALLY in reference to their own child?

This whole scenario stinks and if he's the same guy that is a CT member it stinks even more.
