He or She was apparently trying to cover their tracks but they still got caught in a lie and scam.</p><p><br /></p><p>I would take copies of all of the information to the Post master of the local Post office and file a claim in person. Also, I would file a claim of fraud with the local District Attorney&#039;s Office and call the nearest FBI Office since it appears that this Seller may have committed Mail Fraud in just stating that he/she mailed the coin and that it was lost even if he/she never really mailed it or not. It is worth a try to explore all angles and keep pressing PayPal as they will at the least, freeze this Seller&#039;s Account making life very difficult for him or her especially if they have a significant amount of funds still in the account of which they might need.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Good luck...Frank[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
