Numismat you said there appears to be a glob of of extra metal over steps of the memorial. this looks to me like the digital camera has just made the image look this way.this is exatly why I keep telling the CT group over and over , not one of us can truthfully declare a coin a fake or a real mint made error coin from just images of them. a in hand inspection is needed to do this. </p><p><br /></p><p>I can not understand for the life of me how anyone could possibly look at the great ebay photos and then come right out and say this coin looks like PMD . I wonder how they thought this could go right thru the pillars of the of the memorial building and a few of the letters of ONE CENT from the photo appear to be curved over and going down into the resessed area ? this is almost but not quite as bad as one of the CT insider group calling a rare and valuable 11 cent coin PMD on a OP's thread not too long ago.
