As NLL says, call 'em up. Persistence pays off. I've had to call eBay many times, even many times for the same case/reason. Mostly about taxes charged on Numismatic items.

I've had 2 situations where the seller sent my paid-for item to the wrong buyer.

The most recent time was just now. 3 weeks ago my seller sent my 8 piece set of Japanese/Philippine war notes to the wrong buyer. He's a good guy so I waited for him, and I received my package today.

The first time was something else entirely. I won a 1976?(I don't remember the year) Jamaica Silver Mint Set, in a presentation leather container, with the coins still in the sealed plastic for only $17.00 plus $6.50 shipping. What a deal!! For only $23.50 I won a set worth about $56.00 at the time, but he accidentally shipped it to the wrong buyer, a buyer in Belgium !! At first the seller wanted to just refund my money, but I said NOPE, uh uh, I wanted what I had won.

Long story short, he paid the postage, made it right for the guy in Belgium, and made it right for me. It took a lot of money on the seller's part and almost two months of waiting on my part but I finally got my set. A cool thing about it is I've got all of the mailing parcel packaging : to Belgium and back and to me.

Because of this episode, this seller and I have become great eBay friends. I have been buying from him for years now.

Good Luck
