I guess it is mostly with overseas buyers, I do not ship overseas EVER, just because of this. Sellers are at risk as well, in a much smaller way, and as a store CAN, should also be able to screen the customers they CHOOSE to sell to. Bad buyers are few and far between, but they do exist. Bad sellers will hopefully get weeded out now that a good feedback system is going to start soon. I am not worried a bit. It is the shysters that better get it together or the negs will fall like rain in Seattle.[/QUOTE]
