The seller's s/h is way too high and, according to his return policy, he doesn't give refunds, only exchanges. The coin in that slab does not even look like a proof strike, let alone a PR70. The question now is, did PGS actually slab that coin or did the seller print out some labels on his printer and put this together himself? One way or another, I think the seller is a scammer. I will be looking into this further and probably reporting a lot of auctions today. He's got 86 auctions running as of this reply - many of which are ending today.[/QUOTE]
