Ebay Items won

To update the situation for those of you who have followed this thread, I have purchased the coins through PayPal. It sounds like the guy came to his senses in his last e-mail reply.

As far as high shipping charges go, I just subtract them from my maximum bid. I think most astute buyers do that anyway. I actually prefer the auctions with the higher shipping cost b/c they sometimes get less bids from people who are annoyed with the high shipping charges. I've noticed auctions with high shipping charges often net less money than those auctions with lower shipping charges. That just makes it a better deal for me!

Am I greedy for trying to save a buck? No, I like to call it frugal. If you look at it in terms of percentages I was trying to save over 10% on shipping!

I'll let everyone know if I receive the coins later this week. They were shipped on Monday.

Well it looks like it is roxierolls and bigtime16. Now my question why two ebay ID's to sell under? I can see maybe having one to buy under and one to sell under - but why two to sell under? And if he is shutting down then why are there still items in the store? Sounds like a seller I do not need to do business with.

If I wanted to be cruel - I could ask SHIPPING IS 1.00 FOR THE FIRST COIN AND 50. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL - does that mean I have to buy the same type coin?

I recieved my coins today (Friday) and he even included a PEACE dollar with the shipment. What an outstanding gesture of kindness to restore my faith in this seller! I was shocked! I even sent him positive feedback on both auctions, I hope he does the same for me!
