E-Bay has structure in place for when you can open a case. Ebay as well as Paypal has Millions in FLOAT money they hold while these transactions settle.

It is in those two companies best interest to allow fraud to exist. I will give you a PERFECT example. This coin just closed at auction (on Ebay) about a week ago.

They used the same exact picture I just posted for the obverse but the reverse they used a picture (different background) of a beautiful chariot scene , there was a third picture that appeared to be the coin being held in someones hand, I could see that it was photo-shopped.

I reported this auction to E-Bay they did nothing let it run for 10 days the coin sold with a 2 thousand dollar SNIPE for around 3K LOL LOL a $100,000 coin!

Point is the SUCKER who won this coin MONEY will be tied up for months!

E-Bay and Paypal use it interest free!

In closing E-bay as a claim system in place you have no choice but to follow it you will get your money back but in their time.
