I received an offer to save 50% on final value fees if I Iisted by 9 March. I took advantage listing an item as BIN. I just got an invoice for 10% of the sales price, meaning there was no discount. It is my understanding that I should only be paying half that. Anyone know anything about this and if I have any recourse?

I guess your decision whether or not to pursue the matter depends upon the value of the invoice. Sometimes it is better to go with the flow and forget about it or if it is a matter of principle, contact them and ask. I tried calling last week and the call center was not operational.

I got 50% off and $20 cap FVF offers fairly regularly. They always exclude Coins and Paper Money, along with a handful of other categories. What category did you use for your listing?
