Um well seeing as I don't know paper stuff I can't tell if it is or isn't. I do find it suspicious how he says that there are no returns allowed, but is it an error?
It's a real note from what I can see. Must be an error, how else would it be missing SN and back printing?
I dont think that is an error, I think that is an extremely faided reverse. IMHO it went through the washer 1 to many times. I am not sure how to explain it well so I will do my best. The darker areas on the reverse are in the same location that once showed a picture/number etc
I'm no expert, but it looks like a manufactured error to me. Plus, his description of it would keep me a mile away from this note.
I agree 100%, just for comparison, look at the ebayers picture and the one I have posted. Notice how the darkness of the note in question protrudes into the center like this one^
