Only 104 on feedback...not sure on this one if deliberate or not. Doesn't sell a whole lot in the last year, so not making tons of monies....tough one here. Could be telling the truth......
wow! no thanks--and were's the two screw that are missing? He'll send them to you next week? haha--bad deal all around
I wouldn't be happy ..NOT ONE BIT..However if I received a FULL refund I guess I would give the benefit of the doubt on a 50 dollar set of coins..No harm no foul..and would like to have some GOOD KARMA on my side by taking the HIGH ROAD
At first, I thought, maybe this seller doesn't do a lot of business in coins, so this might be a forgiveable error if they do a full refund & return. But, they call themselves a "rare coin and baseball card specialist," so I thought maybe they do know something about coins. Then I viewed ebay item number 201338262888. Now I don't know what to think anymore.
I read the OP's comments, saw the listing on eBay as well thanks to toronto. I'm not one to issue negs for minor issues, but IMO, this is clearly bait and switch. I would wait for the return to process, then Neg. him.
I would put it as neutral and explain exactly what happened. If he took it back no questions asked he did fulfill his obligations. He may have thought he was doing you a favor then learned a valuable lesson about not sending exactly what is advertised. A neg rep is harsh for this situation.
I think that this guy knows little to nothing about selling coins and less about taking decent pictures. I am not entirely clear that he knows what a proof set is. He probably got a hold of a few coins and thinks he will make a killing on E-Bay. His descriptions are really stupid as well.
