Ebay isn&#039;t going to let them run off with your money, and do keep in mind that everyone must start somewhere... that guy with a whopping three seller feedback may be your fellow collector, while the guy with tens of thousands could simply be up to his neck in swill. The reality is that the biggest risk ebay buyers have is themselves even though most will never admit it.
