When I asked why so many auctions have been permitted to run their course even though they were reported, I was told that the procedure is for the reports to go to the CCW. The CCW then evaluates and sends the ones they deem worthy to the ANA. The ANA then reviews and sends it back to eBay for action. I said that this procedure would definitely allow any 1-day auctions to go full term and most 3-day auctions. He agreed but said that even once the auctions are closed that appropriate action is taken against the seller where warranted.
