This is actually illegal since if you ship it yourself eBay has nothing to do with it. It is illegal because you are being charged for nothing and they are providing no services at all to you or the customer in regards to shipping. Plus it is not reported as earned income (taxable) which it is. If the banks can be stopped from charging you $5.00 to cash a check that was issued to you by an account holder at that bank, even though you yourself do not hold an account and that same bank, why can eBay charge for providing no service at all?</p><p><br /></p><p>End of auction fee: $.15 to $.30 approx</p><p>Paypal transaction fee: $.30 approx</p><p><br /></p><p>Total fees: $.70 to $.85[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
