I will never figure out their policy on this. I see items with swastikas for sale on ebay that are clearly military related that never get removed. I listed a medasl once that had a swastika for good luck and it was removed almost immediately. I have heard other people who have tried to cover or or omit a swastika and the items are still removed. I doubt you will be banned but I would giess your items will be watched very closely for awhile.

I would suspect it has something to do with the way it is listed and the description. If an item is listed and has some sort of positive connotation, it is usually pulled. If it is listed as what is it, minus key words, it generaly stays. For example:

Probably getting pulled: German WWII Nazi Medal!! Rare!!! Awesome!!!

Probably staying on: Historic German Medal - Collector's Item!

I enjoy collecting German coins and bills from all time periods and do a some watching/purchasing on ebay. What seems to get pulled is the stuff that is pro-Nazi/pro-war, either in content or the way it is listed or described. The stuff that finishes the auction time is the stuff that is listed and described very carefully, as it should be. If you are a true collector, you know what to look for. If you are aren't, you are probably attracted to the listings with exclamation points, certain words, and these things: ~~~~ .
