ebay and taxes

    OK look - if you guys wish to continue to discuss how taxes affect coin purchases - have at it.

    But this senseless back and forth about internet sales tax is going to stop. You can stop it, or I will stop it. This is not the place for it.

    If you wish to discuss that subject, then take it to the General Discussion section.

    There going broke because there spending to much money on there
    Pet projects now that they have been put on a budget and there
    Out of money! There in trouble!!:(

    In addition to increasing taxes on coins and currency there really
    Cracking down on shows making you get a resale license to sale
    There, Just rediculous!!

    Not quite, Big...

    1. Buyers may be legally obligated to pay sales/user tax in their state if it wasn't paid by the Seller.

    2. What I've said all along, Big, is: not just the seller, but both the buyer & seller in the transaction you described under "EBAY RIP??" were engaging in crooked behavior.
