Hey everybody! I got this along with a few other foreign coins at the Denver Colliseum Rocks and Mineral Show! I have been able to identify its denomination and all, but not yet the date. I cant seem to figure it out! Any help would be appreciated.

The central character in the middle of the circle on the reverse was what gave it away for me. Yours is only on the first link.
