I filed a complaint against him with Paypal. He finally agreed to refund my puchase price plus my shipping, but he didn't even do that. He did not refund my shipping his wrong coin back to him. Finally, yesterday, I got my money back in my bank account (minus my last return shipping). I e-mailed him a couple of times about the rest of my money, but he will not answer.</p><p> </p><p>The seller was art-coin-currency</p><p> </p><p>Now I am not someone who will run someone down intentionally for no reason.
