Perhaps someone here could be helpful. On Monday, everything worked fine on my e-bay account. Then on Tuesday, when I went to the My e-Bay tab, my bids didn't show up. With lots of playing around, the bids where I was winning show up, while if I ask for All Bids or Outbid, I get the notice that my bids are "Hidden". Two unsuccessful texting sessions and one very frustrating phone call gave me exactly zero help. Anyone here familiar with this kind of problem?
"Customer Support" and "Customer Service" are expressions with no meaning on eBay. They picked them up off the Internet somewhere and thought they sounded nice.
