These two are deniers struck by Ferri III, the Duke of Nancy before Theobald II. The obverse has a knight on horseback, just like the OP’s coin. On both of these, the reverse features the medieval name of the city, Nancei, and a hand holding a sword. Note the obverse (?) has nearly the same design as the reverse on the OP’s coin.
