This coin is a penny from the Lincoln Memorial Cent Collection. I wonder what kind of doubling error is showing on its obverse side?

A penny is a Cent.. No need to call it a penny.
A Doubled Die is not 2 strikes with a Die.
And a double strike is 2 strikes with a die.
    There is a big difference.

I want to share the following webpage for better understanding - http://doubleddie.com

Thank you very much for your answer and recommendation. I have visited the website you mentioned several times . I remained unable to gather a conspicuous understanding of what it says.
