I don't see how a doubled flame could have that big a spread, without doubling over other parts of the coin. The only thing I see here is the broadstrike, with some other irregularities that could be anything based on the images we can see, even post circulation flaws
Hi Darryl , the design below Roosevelt's chin is from the torch flame from the reverse die. the raised line near the olive branch is from Roosevelt's forehead area from the obverse die. I'm about sure there are other details showing that a camera won't capture because die clash marks are hard to get a image of. I hope I don't get in any more trouble on here from trying to help you. I got two warnings already today, I must be a well liked guy. this die clash will add a little more value to your broadstruck coin and the more age it get's on it will really help it. EDIT; I missed something and decided to add it here. the other poster mentioned something near the torch flame. I can see two struck thru grease areas , one on each side of the torch. this may be what the other poster was seeing.
